Welcome E-mail
Purpose
When your Basic Web Hosting service was activated, a "Welcome
E-mail" was sent to the e-mail address on-file for your account. The
Welcome E-mail contains information that you need in order to
fully utilize your hosting service at EsoSoft.
If you have misplaced or otherwise lost your Welcome E-mail, this page
will explain how you can review it on-line and/or
re-send it to any e-mail address that you like.
What You'll Need
In order to review or re-send your Welcome E-mail, you will need the
following information:
- Your domain name
- Your site's username
- Your site's password
If you do not remember your Login Name, please contact our Service &
Support Team. Please see the contact information at the bottom of this
page.
If you do not remember your password, you can retrieve it at:
http://backroom.esosoft.com/password
To retrieve your password at the above URL, simply enter your domain name. The password will
be immediately sent to the e-mail address on-file for your account.
If you no longer have access to the e-mail address on-file for your
account, please contact our Service & Support Team. See the bottom of
this page for contact information.
What To Do
With the above information in hand, please visit the following URL:
http://www.your-domain.com/cgi-adm/welcome
Be sure to replace "your-domain.com" with the actual domain name for
your account.
You will be prompted for your site's username and password.
Once you have supplied the correct username and password, you will be
able to view your Welcome E-mail on-line and/or re-send it to any
valid e-mail address.
